Answer the following questions as succinctly as possible in your own words 10 mins: Cut & paste into your blog and start answers / 10 mins: Open discussion

1. Using UPHERE as an example, describe an aspect of your work or something you have worked on, where you have found a symbiotic relationship that is both complexity and simplicity

My stencil art work. The process to make the stencil is quite complex. But the end image is very simple.

2. Provide a conceptual example of a situation that has arisen during this project where you have had a return on failure?

Finding a hinge system for my portfolio. My first design did not work as well so with some extra research I have refined my design and come up with a new system.

3. Homework: How are you using the laws in relation to your contribution to The UPHERE exhibition? Provide a short explanation and example for TWO of the laws so far. Use your work towards and your examples.

LEARN Knowledge makes everything simpler. Having been in some exhibitions before I have a bit of knowledge that I can offer people to make the exhibition run smoother.

EMOTION More emotions are better than less. The more emotion that you put into something the more pride and worth you will get out of it. The passion will help create something great.

  1. It's all here - good post. Your answer to EMOTION is good. You obviously put emotion into your work - and it shows.
